Description

A delight for those that enjoy the flavour of nutty, toasted seeds; this loaf is strikingly similar in appearance to the Country sourdough.

The toasted seed blend helps fortify this loaf, with natural fibre, proteins and vitamins. The seeds are mixed into the dough by hand, creating a range of textures – crisp and toasted inside the loaf itself.

  • Breakfast: Wonderful contrast of flavours when toasted and topped with fried or soft scrambled eggs
