Description
Our version of what is considered to be the holy grail of sourdough – made with just flour, water and salt.
This is a gorgeous, rugged and crusty “on the outside” loaf with a chewy crumb. It’s made with a higher percentage of wheat and rye flours to develop a deep earthy flavour.
The slow and long ferment allows for a greater development of its signature acidic flavour.
Serving suggestions

Breakfast: Ideal toasted and buttered alongside eggs; topped with banana and honey or a great jam
