Production
Our production roles do not require prior training as long as you are committed to gain proficiency in fundamental baking techniques.
Commercial, high volume sourdough production requires a lot of process discipline. We look to perfect sourdough-making by continuously improving our formulations, our knowledge of fermentation, as well as our planning, shaping and baking process. We have a very low wastage rate and we want to reduce that even further. What fuels our fire is to be able to produce superior quality bread, irrespective of the volume or conditions; we want to ensure customer satisfaction and provide quality at a high standard.
Logistics
We have wholesale and retail clients distributed across Pune and Mumbai and need reliable delivery agents. It doesn’t matter if you can only work part-time (e.g. before/after college) as long as it fits with our delivery schedule and we can rely on you.

Your level of involvement can be defined to suit your schedule. We have many unconventional ideas and are happy to work something out with you.
Administration
Administrative jobs are available for full-time and part time positions. We are also happy to hire students who would like to work with us during their studies.

Administrative roles offer the opportunity to work and be entirely responsible for several key tasks. Daily tasks include inventory monitoring, material procurement, delivery & dispatch planning, packaging processes, customer support, production planning and communication with wholesale clients. Project-based tasks cover topics such as building/improving back-end processes, refining business development strategies, optimising sales strategies or analysing sales data.
