Description

This classic Italian bread is one of our absolute favourites. The dough is fermented slowly to ensure the bread is completely fluffy and soft on the inside, with a slightly chewy crust that goes delightfully crisp when warmed/toasted.

Seasoned simply with fresh rosemary and sea-salt, the bubbly bread is immensely satisfying when warmed and eaten on its own with a bit of olive oil or served alongside a hearty soup!

  • Breakfast: Great as a replacement for your morning toast alongside your cup of tea/coffee.

  • Snack: Amazing slab sandwiches with anything in your pantry!
