Description
The classic burger bun – elevated by a long, slow and natural fermentation that gives them a lovely fluffy texture and a deep, complex flavour. Each bun is hand shaped to have the perfect amount of rise – while not being so tall that you wouldn’t get a bite in once filled!
These buns have the right combination of light and airy while being substantial enough to support whatever fillings you may like! A sprinkle of black sesame and poppy seeds adds a lovely note to each bun, lending their slightly nutty flavour in each bite!
