Description
One of our most unique sourdough sandwich loaves yet, this one is full of flavour!
A large percentage of wheat bran and rye flour give this loaf its dark colour, deep, malty flavour and high fibre content!
Sourdough fermentation and the addition of extra virgin olive oil allows the loaf to remain light and fluffy, unlike most rye bread.
