Description

This loaf boasts some of our boldest flavours yet!

The blend of high fibre flours, lends this loaf a deep, complex and nutty flavour. The high percentage of whole grain flours also brings about a mature sourness that is tremendously enjoyable.

The crust and crumb have the perfect ratio of crisp and chewy, making it ideal for toasting.
