Description

These iconic bagels, need no introduction – and are the perfect mix of crisp, chewy, dense and moist!


Shaped by hand and slow risen over 24 hours, they get enough time to develop a pleasant sourness before being liberally dusted with our version of the transcendental ‘everything’ topping – sesame, poppy, nigella, caraway and a hint of pickled onion flakes & roast garlic!  

Serving suggestions

  • Breakfast: Toasted and enjoyed with cream cheese and fried eggs or with smoked salmon.

  • Snack: Split, toasted crisp and turned into cucumber-cream cheese sandwiches.

  • Meals: Turned into bagel sandwiches that could contain all the roast veggies or meats you could rustle up!
